High Season rates are charged for the four (4) middle weeks of the QLD Public School holidays in Dec/Jan and Easter QLD Public School holidays
MID SEASON - $4,360.50 - 5 nights (minimum stay)
Mid Season rates are charged for the 1st & 6th week of the Dec / Jan & QLD Public School holidays and June and Sept QLD Public School holidays
Low season rates are charged for all other times
LOW SEASON - $3,015.50 - $5,145.50 - 3 - 7 nights (3 night minimum stay)
$3,240.50 - 3 night weekend

Bond: A refundable security bond of $1,000.00 is required 3 days prior to check-in.

Top of the Tide is an alternative setting for a corporate retreat. The unique home is perfect for brainstorming or for entertaining key clients. DOWNSTAIRS
Living – The expansive kitchen, dining and adjoining living area offers uninterrupted water views. Retracting full width sliding doors open to create an indoor/outdoor entertainment space. The alfresco dining area is complete with a kitchenette and 5 burner Beefeater BBQ and outdoor table & chairs. Go fishing from the back yard and cook it fresh on the barbie.
Kitchen – The kitchen is a chief’s delight! With 2 large island stone benches, each having their own sink and offering plenty of space to cook up a storm. The benches offer additional seating with 8 stools provided.
The 1200mm Westinghouse electric range has 8 cooking functions so you can expand your cooking skills with options to bake, broil, roast and more. The gas cooktop has 5 burners that allow for several pots and pans.
The kitchen is complete with a large 2 door cool room, full-size freezer, a dishwasher, wine fridge and a milkshake station with chocolate and strawberry flavors supplied.
Dining – The dining suite seats 10 and overlooks the captivating, water front views.
Entertainment – The media room is an ideal spot to watch your favourite movies and TV shows. Complete with comfortable electric leather recliners, plush carpet, large flat screen TV, ducted air-conditioning and block out blinds.
Pool Room – The pool room has a 9-ball pool table to hone your skills at snooker or billiards while watching the sports on TV. Extra seating outside on the patio allows everyone to relax and watch you play.
Bathroom and Powder Room – Downstairs living includes a powder room with separate vanity and toilet, a 4th bathroom with shower and vanity and a full-size laundry.
Bedroom 6 – This large room offers a tri-bed that sleeps 3 (single on top and double underneath), 2 large 2-seater couches, a wall mounted smart TV, plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fan. This is a great space for kiddies and adults to enjoy and to watch their favourite cartoon, movies or play games. Children's books and games available.
Laundry – The laundry is complete with a Samsung 8.5Kg Dual Top Load Washing Machine, a tumble dryer plus a mini clothes dryer line, a bench for folding, dual wash tubs, an iron, and an ironing board. An external on-wall frame clothesline is available near the laundry.
UPSTAIRS
Take a ride upstairs in the lift or use the timber staircase with glass surrounds to the spacious upstairs living area with extra high ceilings, timber floors and plush carpet to all bedrooms.
Ducted Air – Temperature comfort is at your fingertips with ducted air conditioning throughout.
Kitchenette – The kitchenette is complete with a second coffee machine, electric jug and toaster, a single dishwasher drawer, and a large french door fridge/freezer combo. A microwave completes the essentials needed for those late-night snacks.
Powder Room – The second powder room has a single vanity and toilet and leads through to the Main Bathroom.
Main Bathroom – Features a large walk-in shower and a full size bathtub.
Living Room – This living space has a flat-screen TV and lounge seating for 8. The adjoining balcony overlooks the front yard.
The Master Suite – Louvre windows from the floor to ceiling allow the summer breezes in and let you take in the sweeping views of the waterway.
All the comforts make this master suite something extra special for you to enjoy.
Plush carpet, comfy king size 4 poster bed, ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fan will complete the luxury. The spectacular ensuite has a two-person corner spa bath plus a two-person walk-in shower with 2 tall rainwater shower heads. The extra long dual basin vanity and a separate toilet complete the comforts.
Through the ensuite there is a dressing room with extensive hanging space and storage drawers.
Bedroom 2 – The waterfront room is fitted with 2 double bunk beds, plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, and large walk-in robe. Please note the top bunks only cater to children over the age of 9 and persons under 100kg.
Bedroom 3 – Waterfront queen room with plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe.
Bedroom 4 – Queen room with water views, plush carpet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe.
Bedroom 5 – Queen room overlooking the front of the property and has sliding door access out on to the front patio. The room has an ensuite with shower and toilet. Plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe.
Ensuite 2 – Complimenting Queen bedroom 5. Through the walk-in robe you will find the 2nd ensuite. The room has a shower, toilet and a single vanity.
Pets – The property is well fenced on the street side with a huge yard for pets and to play.
Please note the following: The owner is happy for your pooch to be with you on the downstairs patio whilst under your supervision, as there is no fencing on the waterfront side of the property. The owner has specified that pets are to always remain outside. Consideration is given for them to be secure in the garage overnight.
This fantastic property is centrally located with only a 3-minute walk to the Toogoom Boat ramp, Goody’s Waterfront Café and the Salty Squid Bistro offering beautiful breakfast, lunch, and now dinner options on selected evenings at Goody’s.
The Toogoom local shops are approximately a 6-minute drive away. The small complex has a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and convenience store. The Toogoom Convenience Store basic essentials plus delicious hot food including tasty burger’s, fish & chips, ice creams, and drinks.
Places to visit nearby - Approximately a 13-minute drive north will have you at beautiful Burrum Heads, another fishing and boating paradise. The million dollar boat ramp has plenty of parking for the boaties. Burrum Heads has a small local shopping center with a Foodworks, a local butcher and a bakery.
For a great lunch you can delight in fish & chips on the Esplanade, or visit the Burrum Heads Bowls Club or the Burrum Heads Tavern for a restaurant meal.
