Situated between Hervey Bay and Burrum Heads you will find Lemac, an ideal location to enjoy quality time with your family and friends at Toogoom Beach.

 

Direct Beach Access – This 2-storey property captures the summer breezes and sounds of the waves meeting the shore. A short stroll from the back yard through the tropical garden and you’re on the beach.

Entertainment – With not one but two large screen TVs and comfortable seating to relax in, watch your favourite movies, TV shows and sporting events on all the popular platforms including Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, and Telstra TV. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available for guests’ convenience.

 

Outside Pet Friendly – The owners know how important it is to be able to bring your best mate with you particularly when your holiday home backs onto the beautiful Toogoom Beach. With a secure fully fenced yard and external stairs you can always have your buddy close by whether you are upstairs or down. A pet fee of $25.00 per pet will apply.

Please note: Fraser Coast Regional Council regulations allow a maximum of 2 dogs at the property.

UPSTAIRS

Dining – The kitchen is located upstairs and flows into the dining and living areas offering inside dining for 8 and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Outside on the full-length timber deck you will find a large 4 burner Weber BBQ, water views, sea breezes and outdoor seating perfect for those summer afternoons.

 

Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, large Gas oven and stove top, large fridge/freezer combo, microwave and several cooking appliances including an electric frypan, rice cooker, bread maker, slow cooker, blender, food processor, sandwich press and mix master.

Breakfast is made easy with two toasters an electric jug and Delonghi Nespresso Citiz Coffee pod machine.

Living - The upstairs living space is kept comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Rear Timber Deck - the deck spans the full width of the home and has outdoor seating and a 4 burner gas BBQ.

 

Bedroom 1 – The master bedroom is facing the water and flows out onto the timber deck. With a comfy king size ensemble, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan you can be sure to get a great night’s sleep.


Bedroom 2 – kiddies bedroom – The kiddie’s room is just off the living area and is pretty darn cute, with 2 single beds along with a highchair, bouncinette, portable cot, and stroller supplied for your use. Babies and toddlers have been thoughtfully catered to with attachable baby gates at the top and bottom of the internal staircase.


Main Bathroom - With a separate toilet the large family size bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub.

 

DOWNSTAIRS

Family Room - The living space downstairs is tiled and air conditioned with the second lounge area offering a large flat screen smart TV, workstation, second fridge and two queen size bedrooms along with a laundry and second separate toilet and shower.

Bedroom 3 - offers a comfy queen bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan and tiled floor.

Bedroom 4 - bedroom 4 offers a comfy queen bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan and tiled floor. The bedroom opens out onto the undercover patio where you can catch a glimpse of the water and feel the breeze through the trees.

Bathroom 2 - is combined with the laundry and has a shower and separate toilet.

Laundry - The laundry has a large top loader washing machine and dryer. In the laundry cupboard you will find a mop and bucket, brooms, dust pans, and a vacuum cleaner available for your use throughout your stay.

 

Undercover area - The downstairs undercover area offers an outdoor table and chairs along with a large bed for the pooches.

Rear Yard - The yard is lovely, offering beautiful grassy areas for children and pets to play and is securely fenced.

All bed linen and ample towels are included for your comfort.

When you can bring yourself to leave this oasis, you are only a 5-minute walk to the local convenience store where they offer delicious hot food including tasty burgers, fish & chips, ice creams, drinks, and basic essentials.

A 6-minute drive will take you to the Toogoom Boat Ramp, Goody’s Waterfront Café and the Salty Squid Café offering beautiful breakfast, lunch and now dinner options on selected evenings at Goody's.
 

TARIFFS:

HIGH SEASON - $2,805.50 7 nights (minimum stay)

High Season rates are charged for the four (4) middle weeks of the QLD Public School holidays in Dec/Jan and Easter QLD Public School holidays

 

MID SEASON - $2,015.50 - 5 nights ( minimum stay) 
Mid Season rates are charged for the 1st & 6th week of the Dec / Jan & QLD Public School holidays and June and Sept QLD Public School holidays

 

Low season rates are charged for all other times

LOW SEASON - $1,155.50 - $1,965.50 3 to 7 nights (3 night minimum stay)

                           - $1,395.50 - 3 night weekend

All linen, cleaning and booking fees are included in the above tariffs.

Bond: A refundable security bond of $500.00 is required 3 days prior to check-in.
